In their previous meeting in this competition in November 2014, Scotland escaped a narrow defeat of only 16-24, which was one of their closest games in recent years.
It was one of Scotland’s proudest performances against the All Blacks. At halftime, there was just a narrow lead of 4 points. But, as history states, Scotland’s record against New Zealand isn’t great, and the 66,000 spectators witnessed another victory for the All Blacks.

The All Blacks will be looking to show the world why they are hot favorites for this weekend’s game after thrashing France in Paris.
They will surely miss Dane Coles, their hooker, after his nasty injury on Saturday, which could mean he is out for 6 months.
But this shouldn’t stop New Zealand continuing their impressive attacking formation with their star Barrett, who scored 5 conversations against France. New Zealand is in top form at the moment, and as always are more likely to run riot in Edinburgh.

Scotland will have a big test on their hands this weekend.Even though they had a great result against Samoa at the weekend, New Zealand is a bit of a bogey team and always prove a hard test.

The Scottish was incredibly won against Samoa on last Saturday which will bring extra confidence on this Saturday against The All Blacks.
But the fact is that they have never actually beaten the All Blacks, there is no surprise they will probably be putting everyone behind the ball and taking a defensive role to just keep the score as low as possible.
