The Springboks produced what could be their best performance in this year’s southern hemisphere tests by producing a strong performance to topple the All Blacks last time out. This was a contrast of the previous 2 games by the Boks which saw them fall to Argentina and the Wallabies.
Meanwhile, the Wallabies lost to Argentina at home and will need to bounce back as soon as possible. The Wallabies got the better of the Boks in the first leg and that is their only win so far. Will the Boks avenge or will the Wallabies beat them, again? Here’s the Springboks vs Wallabies TRC Round 5 Game Analysis.

Australia vs Argentina Rugby 2018 15th Sep
The Wallabies went down 19-23 in a disappointing defeat against the Pumas that was coupled by an after-game boilover between Tui and a Wallabies fan. The Wallabies could have shared the spoils had they not have given away 3 penalties that were duly converted by Bofelli and Sanchez against their one penalty (See the 15th Sep Game Prediction).

Argentina took an early lead through a Bofelli penalty. But it was the Aussie who breached the opposition defense to score the opening try via Genia. However, the Pumas replied via Sanchez a few moments later before the Aussies retook their lead via a Folau try.
Sanchez put a penalty over at the start of the 2nd half to extend the lead but the Wallabies reduced the deficit through Haylett-Petty. That was Australia’s last alteration to the scoreline.
Springboks Face the All Blacks last Matchup
The Springboks were magnificent and did the nearly impossible, beat NZ Rugby in their own turf (read more about Prediction). SA Rugby didn’t concede any penalty and that proved to be a match winner in itself. New Zealand crossed the line 6 times compared to the Boks’ 4 but it is the extras that mattered.
A job very well done by our Springboks for the fierce fight and victory against the tough All Blacks. The determination you demonstrated today, away from home, is beyond fulfilling. Our team showed true character from start to finish. Continue to fly the flag, you make us proud. pic.twitter.com/5LKH0g7FAj
